By using Studiva, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully. These terms
govern your use of studiva.in and all
Studiva mobile and desktop applications.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Studiva you agree to
these Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
You agree to:
- Use Studiva only for lawful educational purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape,
or copy Studiva's content or AI outputs
- Not use automated bots or scripts to access
the platform
- Provide accurate information during registration
Subscriptions and Payments
- The Pro plan is billed at ₹199 per month
- Payments are processed by Razorpay
- Subscriptions auto-expire after 30 days
and must be manually renewed
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of
purchase if no AI features have been used
- Contact hello@studiva.in for refund requests
AI-Generated Content
- AI Doubt Solving and Quiz Generation use
Google's Gemini API
- AI outputs may occasionally contain errors
- Studiva does not guarantee the accuracy of
AI-generated content
- Do not rely solely on AI answers for
exam preparation — always verify with
official sources
Intellectual Property
- All content on Studiva including questions,
study materials, and UI design is owned by
Korexhq and protected by copyright
- Your personal study data (notes, flashcards
you create) belongs to you
- You grant Studiva a licence to use
anonymised study data to improve the platform
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate
accounts that violate these terms. You may
delete your account at any time from Settings.
Limitation of Liability
Studiva is an educational tool and does not
guarantee specific exam results. We are not
liable for exam outcomes or decisions made
based on our platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction
of courts in Delhi, India.
